And even when we think we&#039;re managing stress by going to the gym and filling out weeks with back to back yoga class, massage, manicures, acupuncture, life coaching sessions the list goes on, we&#039;re often compounding stress by continuously adding to our to do list! I like the visual of needing to sometimes climb down a branch in order to progress up to a stronger or higher branch. Taking a cut in pay or level may be necessary in order to grasp a higher and stronger limb!]]></description>
